SabreBond SMP50 is a premium quality, neutral curing, Silyl Modified Polymer (SMP) adhesive/sealant, with high adhesive strength. Developed for use in low movement joints in automotive, mass transportation, commercial vehicle, caravan, rail, aerospace, and construction industries where a tough, flexible joint/seal is required. It features primerless adhesion technology, enabling excellent adhesion on a wide range of materials. SabreBond SMP50 incorporates unique colour-stable chemistry, has high UV resistance, and an anti-microbial formula (tested to ISO 846B) to inhibit mould growth.

How to use:
Method
- Manual or pneumatic caulking gun.
Application Temperature
- +10°C until +30°C
Substrate Preparation
- Ensure substrates are clean, dry and free of dust and grease.
Priming
- When bonding, Sabre Surface Activator may be used on non-porous surfaces. We recommend preliminary compatibility tests previous to application.
Tooling
- Soapy solution before skin formation.
