Delivery Policy
We offer a wide range of over 1,000 products, with stock available at our Rosedale, Auckland warehouse. However, some products are shipped directly from the supplier, while others are made to order.
We process orders on the same or next business day after confirmation. If you need your order urgently, please let us know, and we’ll find a solution.
Order Processing & Dispatch
- Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has cleared, provided the items are in stock.
- Some products are shipped directly from the supplier, while others are made to order, which may affect delivery times.
- We offer free Click & Collect from our Rosedale, Auckland warehouse, with collection times ranging from 1–4 days, depending on the items ordered.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Auckland: 1–3 working days
- North Island: 2–4 working days
- South Island: 3–5 working days
- Rural Addresses: Add an extra 2–3 days
⚠️ Please note: These times are indicative only. At peak times, we or courier companies may experience higher freight volumes, which can cause slight delays.
Shipping Charges & Restrictions
- A freight charge applies to each order, which is calculated at checkout using our shipping cost calculator.
- We do not ship to Post Office boxes.
Delays & Liability
- Delays in dispatch or delivery do not entitle the Buyer to cancel an order.
- The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or expenses caused by delays in supply, dispatch, or delivery.
- The Company cannot be held responsible for late deliveries caused by force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, unforeseen disruptions).
- The Company may deliver goods in separate shipments if necessary.
